Family Career and Community Leaders of America
Our mission is to promote personal growth and leadership development through Family and Consumer Science education.
Focusing on the multiple roles of the family member, wage earner, and community leader, members develop skills for life through character development; creative and critical thinking; interpersonal communications; practical knowledge; and career preparation.
The Nevis chapter of FCCLA is deeply engrained in helping the community. We participate not only in State and National FCCLA projects, we also create some of our own. A few things we supervise for the community are Valentine Day crush sales, Penny Wars, Food Drives, Christmas candy cane sales, and Adopt-A-Road roadside cleanup.
The Nevis chapter of FCCLA continues to grow over the years and we welcome any new or returning members. We will welcome anyone that wants to be a part of our loving and accepting community.
