SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS
Nevis Public Schools will have opportunities for substitute teachers during the school year. The rate of Pay is $140 per day. Candidates must have a short call for a substitute teacher's license.
Eligibility for a Short Call License
The following individuals are eligible to apply for a short-call substitute license:
- individuals who hold a Bachelor's degree or higher
- individuals who hold an associate's degree in any field, or
- educational
support professionals (paraprofessionals) that hold a high school
diploma, or equivalent, and have worked for at least one year for the
hiring Minnesota public school district.

BUS DRIVERS NEEDED—WE WILL TRAIN
Nevis Public Schools is looking for Bus Drivers STARTING AT $22.37 PER HOUR. Getting our students safely to and from school and events is one of our highest priorities. We are looking for safety-conscious individuals who are looking to make additional money working on a part-time basis. Successful candidates who complete all training and begin driving will receive a $1,000 HIRING BONUS after four months of full or part-time driving. ISD 308 WILL PAY YOU WHILE YOU ARE BEING TRAINED FOR YOUR COMMERCIAL DRIVER’s LICENSE to drive a school bus. We will provide the vehicle to practice and our qualified instructors will instruct you during the classroom and behind-the-wheel training AT NO COST.
